Has your group size changed after making a booking? No problem at all, you don’t need to notify us in advance. You always pay the price that applies to the actual amount of players on the day itself. If you have already paid in advance and you show up with less players, then we will refund the price-difference immediately. And if you show up with more players than in your booking, then you can pay the extra amount on the day itself, with cash or with Maestro-PIN-card.
We regularly welcome children’s parties, from 9 years old and upwards, children have a great time! We do require at least one accompanying (and paying) adult per team. If you make a booking for a children’s party, then please mention the average age of the children in the comments-section. This allows us to adjust the difficulty-level of the escape room (don’t worry, we’ll keep it challenging : )
The Mansion can be played with 2 to 8 players. For an optimal experience we would advise 3 to 6 players per group. We’ve seen many couples conquer The Mansion, just be prepared for an extra challenging game! And there’s certainly enough mysteries to be solved for 8!
No, even The Mansion gets a bit crowded with more than 8 people, that’s why we make no exceptions to this rule. Is your group larger than 8 people? Then simply make two consecutive bookings. While one team plays The Mansion, the other team can relax with a drink and maybe play one of our games. Added bonus: after the first team have played, they can follow the second game via our monitors! For some this is even more fun than playing the game (-:
The Mansion is mysterious and surprising, but there is certainly nothing to be afraid of. Yet if for any reason you might want to leave the room, that is possible at any time.
No, we ask you beforehand to store all your phones, valuables, coats and bags in one of our free lockers. This guarantees an optimal game experience. Everything you will need is in The Mansion.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to two days in advance, simply send an e-mail to info@operationexit.nl. If a game is cancelled with less than 48 hours to go, then we charge a 60% cancellation fee.
Absolutely not. The Mansion is located in a monument which is nearly 100 years old, so some caution is required. And above all: you’ll need to be as sharp as you can be. If our game-host suspects someone is intoxicated or if someone is disrupting the game, then this person will be asked to leave the game.
Unfortunately Operation Exit is not accessible by wheelchair. We are located on the first floor, at the top of a staircase. The Mansion is also not fully accessible with a wheelchair.
